II Corinthians 4:14-15 (NIV)
"We know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself. 15 All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God."

Weekly Prayer Focus: This week let us give thanks for our own church, our broader church connections in the local and global Anabaptist and Mennonite World. Give thanks for a goodly and Godly heritage that teaches us to follow Jesus’ teachings and trust Him for our salvation. Pray that God would bring relief for our sisters and brothers where there is hunger, persecution and terror.
The Trustees, Fellowship Committee, and Church Council are in the planning stages of a project to increase oven space in the church kitchen. Donations for this project may be earmarked in the offering.
The Salvation Army has a November blanket drive called Share the Warmth 2019. The purpose is to collect twin-size blankets for homeless people and use in their homeless shelters. You can bring them to our church, and we will make sure they get to the Salvation Army after November 30.
The Women’s Christmas Party and gift exchange will be Tuesday, December 10, at Village Hall at VMRC. All women are invited. Please bring a salad and a $10 gift. If you have any questions call Mary Lou Vrolijk at 564-3478.
